Coffey Consulting Engineering was established in 2009, with the aim of providing competitive building services solutions for the residential, pharmaceutical, commercial, leisure, education, industrial and healthcare sectors. We are now a well established company and dynamic company, capable if adapting to new and ever changing challenges.

Coffey Consulting Engineering can be involved at any stage of a project, from offering advise of building envelope and NZEB compliance at concept stage, energy and external lighting reports for planning, to full mechanical and electrical design and BCAR sign-off.

BIM

Coffey Consulting Engineering Ltd has in house expertise in Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a process that begins with the creation of an intelligent 3D model and enables document management, co-ordination and simulation during the entire lifecycle of a project (plan, design, build, operation and maintenance). The model can be used for analysis to explore design options and to create visualisations that help stakeholders understand what the building will look like before it’s built. The model is then used to generate the design documentation for construction. At Coffey Consulting Engineering Ltd we use Revit suite of software from Autodesk for our Building Information Modelling.
